This could be the most valuable and forever 'paying off' process in the maintenance storeroom. I strongly encourage all storerooms and professional maintenance organizations to undertake a series of data scrubbing efforts to weed out duplicates, identify 'holes' in their data, and to confirm obsolete parts. Do it now. You'll thank me later.
